1. Definitions and Scope

“Company”, “we”, “us” – Dash Air, the service provider;
“Client”, “you” – any natural or legal person making a booking;
“Vehicle” – any vintage automobile offered for short-term rental.
These Terms govern every booking concluded through www.analogroads.ro

3. Essential Characteristics of the Service

We rent fully roadworthy vintage vehicles for leisure events, driving experiences, film shoots or ceremonial use. Each listing describes model, year, and characteristics

4. Booking Process & Contract Formation

A booking is made online in four steps:
(1) select vehicle & date; (2) enter driver details; (3) review final price; (4) click “Confirm & Pay”.
You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email containing these Terms.

5. Prices, Taxes & Fees

All prices include Romanian VAT (currently 19 %).
Mileage beyond the daily limit, refuelling, cleaning or traffic fines are charged separately and shown before checkout.

6. Payment Methods

We accept online card payments (Visa / MasterCard) processed by Banca Transilvania e-Commerce platform, as well as bank transfer. Full payment is required to secure the reservation unless otherwise agreed.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellations

Under Art. 16 OUG 34/2014, rental of motor vehicles for a specific date is excluded from the 14-day statutory withdrawal right. Accordingly, once confirmed, bookings may be cancelled only under the policy below:

• More than 30 days before pick-up: 90 % refund
• 8-30 days: 50 % refund
• 7 days or less / no-show: no refund
  
  

8. Eligibility & Driver Obligations

Drivers must be at least 25 years old (27 for the BMW and 30 for the Ferrari) and hold a valid category B licence for 3 years (5 for the BMW and 7 for the Ferrari).
The Vehicle may not be sub-let, used for racing, off-road, or to tow another vehicle. Smoking and pets inside the car are forbidden.

9. Pick-Up, Delivery & Return

The Vehicle will be delivered fuelled and cleaned at the agreed location and time. You must return it in the same condition (normal wear accepted). Late return incurs a surcharge of half daily price for up to 2 hours, and full daily price thereafter.

10. Security Deposit & Damage

A refundable deposit of 900 to 6000 EUR, depending on vehicle, is pre-authorised on your credit card, issued in your name. No debit cards or cash accepted for security deposit. You are liable for theft or damages up to the aforementioned sum. No money is actually debited from your cars. In the event of damage, money which are not used toc over damages are released, and in any case, you will be presented with a fair repair estimate for an agreement before any transfer. Damage caused by prohibited use is fully chargeable.

11. Insurance

All rentals include compulsory RCA (third-party liability).

12. Personal-Data Protection

We process your personal data (ID, licence, contact, payment) solely for booking, compliance and security purposes, under GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b)(c)(f) and Law 190/2018. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and complaint to ANSPDCP. Data is retained 5 years after rental end.

13. Complaints & Alternative Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be sent to office@analogroads.ro.

If not settled, you may appeal to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre – ANPC SAL or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Court jurisdiction is with the competent Romanian courts of the provider’s seat.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or events classified as force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). Our aggregate liability is capped at the total rental price, except for intent or gross negligence.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes are governed by Romanian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

16. Amendments

We may amend these Terms to reflect legal changes or service improvements. Updated Terms will be posted online; ongoing contracts remain governed by the version accepted at booking.
